Leveraging The Power of Appreciative Inquiry

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a strengths-based approach to creating positive change. Rather than trying to fix a problem, it looks at building on strengths, which are found to provide the best opportunities for growth and success.

As part of the process, a central topic is explored e.g., “how do we make your organsiation the best place to work?”

The participants are taken through four phases (i.e., Discovery, Dream, Design, Deliver) to uncover existing strengths, dream of what might be possible, design how this might bring this to life and commit to actions to realise a collective desired state.

AI works well for leadership teams building a new strategy, teams who are looking to improve culture, or when new members have joined the team or new leadership group has formed.

This face-to-face workshop can be run as a half or full day sessions.
