I’m a speaker, author and coach.
My key role is to translate the latest research (from fields including Positive Psychology) into practical strategies for organisations to empower leaders and teams to amplify their impact, achieve greater results and thrive.
Having worked for a decade in the financial services industry including leading national sales teams, I understand what it’s like to be responsible for driving engagement, wellbeing and performance in the workplace. It was during this time that I discovered Positive Psychology when trying to find answers to my leadership questions.
In my practice, I have worked with thousands of people from a range of industries both in Australia and overseas.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, a Professional Certificate in Positive Psychology (First Class Honours) and a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology (First Class Honours) from the University of Melbourne. I am also accredited in the Strengths Profile diagnostic tool, and am a certified Organisational Coach and Mental Health First Aider.
I’m committed to my own physical health and have taken part in four marathons, and was on my way to compete in the London Marathon in April 2020 when the coronavirus hit. In 2023, I finally made it to the finish line of the Noosa half marathon! And will do so again in 2024.
I’ve been interviewed for podcasts and radio, I write a regular blog called “For What It’s Worth” and have been invited to guest blog for a number of companies.
Above all, I love what I do. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching my clients learn, grow and thrive!
